We all agree that reviewing model must be uniform to make a satisfying conclusion. Hence i've penned some of the criteria according to which the site is reviewed.
Each criteria will be given a maximum of 10pts thereby scaling the website against a total of 100pts. Sites scoring more than 75 can be taken a tier 1 sites, 50-74 moderate sites, below 50 as poorly managed sites
